We use the return on capital employed ratio (ROCE) as the central performance measure for the development of our Group portfolio as well as for allocating capital expenditures.

Cost of capital

The cost of capital is derived in conformity with capital market conditions taking the sustainable nature of our control concept into consideration.

Redemption coverage

We use redemption coverage as a value management figure to steer our debt.

Gearing

We use gearing as a management benchmark for capital structure.

Net financial debt/EBITDA

The figure Net financial debt/EBITDA has improved as result of the decrease of the net finacial debt as well as the increased adjusted EBITDA.
